IB Boarding School

The development of a 13.5-hectare international-standard boarding school implementing the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum. Our scope includes design, planning and end-to-end project management to ensure seamless execution. Located in Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency, West Java, Indonesia, development begins on May 25, with the opening scheduled for July 2026

Trinity Tower

The Development of a “Grade A” office building project with an investment of approximately USD 260 million, located at Rasuna Said – Casablanca, South Jakarta, Indonesia. 

The project spans 1.6 hectares, featuring a 50-story office tower, multi-functional areas, a 3-story retail space, and a 13-story podium car park with a GFA of approximately 143,000 sqm. The project has received a Greenship “Gold” certification and was awarded “Best Green Development” at the 2018 Indonesia Property Awards.

Hotel JS Luwansa

The Four Stars hotel features 20 stories, with a GFA of 26,000 sqm, including 245 rooms, a 1,000 sqm ballroom, 14 meeting rooms, a coffee shop, restaurant, pool, spa, and more

Office and Guesthouse

This project involves the development of a Guesthouse and Office located in Central Kalimantan. The total development area covers 3 hectares of contoured and challenging terrain. Our scope of services covers end-to-end includes Project Management, Construction Management, and Cost Management, lead the project from the planning stage through to project completion.

Commercial Building

This project involves the development of a commercial building comprises two basement levels and seven upper floors, constructed on a 4,158-square-meter plot of land. Our scope of services covers end-to-end Construction Management, encompassing all project phases—from design development and tendering, to the execution of construction.
